ashana i also have every bad anxiety problems especially looking at people in my bulding and social media and end up in a loop of not being good enough, but i have been working on it since last year and i think i have grown out of it and yes reducing my coffee intake and properly sleep schedule and diet and keeping myself busy with learning new things made me appreciate and enjoy mylife . Hope you grow from it too
