Drive them back is probably the easiest of the 5.0 levels. It took a minute to figure out but is not too bad. Stink ants are usually not a problem but for whatever reason were when I was recording. You have 4 days to prepare then the 5th day you fight. Just split up the driver ants and you'll win. Not my favorite level in Empires of The Undergrowth but not bad either.

tbh the insects coming out of the eliminated termite nest is a genius decision cause the earwigs are hiding from the driver ants by retreting to the mounds they alredy eliminated which are aremost likely not gonna check also the stink ants will fight the earwigs so you could time it for the stick ants to clear those 2 for you
closing off the stink ant tunnels to redirect them into the Driver Ants would be a genius move for the developers.
Fun fact: If you are unlucky the Drivers will kill 1st termite nest on the first day, making it impossible to finish the level! Untill we meet again.

not true, its possible to beat it without the first mound first day, i've done it before on impossible
The amount of time I raged over my workers doing dumb shit which caused the stink ants to go ooga booga mode on me (granted it was also poor decision making on my part as well)
Jeez you make this level look easy on impossible
Also, out of all my games of 5.2, the only successful one was with Fast responder (granted they were maxed level as well as improved micro-ing every attempt). So maybe I would have an actual success attempt with anesthetic
Ive never had stink ants attack my queen probably because i keep some walls
sheperds ik u probably wont see this comment but i found a really good strat from this ics dude, its pretty long to reply it but it gets u a 20-ish minute time to complete the level
It would be nice if when you close all Stinky ants tunnel holes they started fighting the driver ants in the final night
7:04 if you fight them you will get a unique narration of the stink ants. The rest I will leave to you to figure out
Idk why im watching this cause i just beat this yesterday on impossible after like 8 attempts
the most fun strat is to challenge them day 1

Oh yeah I forgot I never posted that. It will be an eventuality with meticulous harvest also. The tier 4 and 5 I will wait until achievements come out for them. Extra levels I will when I get to them.
