I am typically a classic cocktail guy, but with the Kahlua Mudslide Cocktail recipe I am breaking that trend and pushing onto something a little more sweet and a little more indulgent. The cocktail pairs the amazing combo of Kahlua and Baileys Irish Cream in order to make a fantastic dessert style drink that you'll love.
About the ingredients:
Kahlua is a coffee liqueur that is ultimately a sweet ingredient. Similar ingredients include Tia Maria.
Baileys Irish Cream is an Irish Whiskey based liqueur that has a smooth creaminess to it. Very sweet.
Recipe:
1 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Baileys Irish Cream

An Idiots Liquor was created in 2015 by Eric, the original drink idiot. I decided to name the channel this way to be honest about the fact that I am no bar expert. In truth you could say I was still very green to the whole concept.
However this doesn't stop me from making a channel about liquor that I want to. I want this channel to be a place where users can come with all experience types and backgrounds to learn about drinks. I've had Kahlua straight once, it was good.

@@HeyLetsDrink I just got the stuff today to make mudslides I used to buy the ones pre-made from Kahlua but my liquor store doesn't sell them also our local liquor store is shut down so I had to drive 30 minutes to go get the stuff to make some mudslides

I'll tell you one of my favorite drinks that I came up with but I couldn't figure out what to mix with my wild Turkey 101
I took instant coffee around 2 oz or more then I had a shot of the wild turkey or two shots then I use the liquid coffee creamer Snickers flavor it tasted so good together

@@HeyLetsDrink it might even taste better to trade Kahlua for the instant coffee and maybe just leave that out so one part wild Turkey 1 part Kahlua add more than one part Snickers coffeer I put a lot of that maybe you could call it a wild Snickers maybe they don't sound good I told you I'm no good at naming drinks

What happens if you dont shake it in a shaker? Does the taste change if you just stir it?

Mainly when you shake it's to better mix ingredients and add some air bubbles. By stirring you'll end up with a good drink too but it might not be as light or as diluted. Overall though itd be fine.

That's a white russian dude. A mudslide is vodka rum coffeeliquer and chocolate like chocolate milk. Kahlue makes it you can get it at frys
