Very impressive. 'Left turn' while marching and maintaining straight line isn't easy. It requires lots of practice and coordination. Kudus to the drill instructor.

Instead of backdoor appointment, government should appoint VGs on payscale, they are second to none. Meagre salary but devotion to duty is priceless 🙏

Of course they (NVG) deserve a huge Appreciations than Police, NAP etc... as VGs are not well trained and their salary is very less too
