With electricity rates sky rocketing, may I suggest using solar power to generate your own electricity and become totally independent. The local manufacturer of drier machines can think about it.

investments 100 kg bananas equal to 80 dozens. rate of one dozen banana=150 cost of total bananaes= 150*80=12000 electricity charges=2500 packing charges =200 one labour cost=1500 total cost=16200 production as said 10 kg rate of sale per kg as said=2500 total price =2500*10 = 25000 profit=25000-16200 = 8800 percentage of profit probably 40% not 80%as said.

Great initiative. I bought dried fruit but still some care is required to eliminate sand from fruits.

The net margin depends how economical you arrange foods for drying, banana is product of Sindh and the away you go the more you pay for products, like RWP market will be lot more expensive than the Sindh. Same is case for turmeric and lithe stuff. One needs to make a careful decision before start
