A good win & a step in the right direction but dude nearly gave me a heart attack everytime he was lunging in with combos. That explosive foward movement & a calculated counter punch is a recipe for a KO.

Kelvin Gastelum is 1-5 in his last 6 fights if i'm correct, give him a break. Gastelum vs Tavares or Gastelum vs Shabazian should be next imo. Dricus vs Muniz or Dricus vs winner of Till/Hermansson should be next imo.

One thing a casual like you doesn’t see is he lunged when Brad was off balance and couldn’t counter. That would be why brad didn’t counter him. He messed up a couple times and got hit but nothing to break him down obviously. If you know what you’re doing so much why don’t you compete ? Lmao.

That is how he fights since day 1 and he is 17 and 2. It works for him and I can guarantee you it will work against anyone in the top 15. You not gonna get away against Dricus trying to fight technical or on counter. He will take you to a dark place, he takes you to the gutters. He will get hit, unlike some of the top 15 guys, but that is okay, because his chin can handle it, but he will also strike with significant strikes whether it is against Izzy or anyone else. That is the nature of his style.

Good striker who put 100% into everything. However, is it tradition to kiss your coaches in the mouth? I was mind blown. Wtf.
