I also grew up in PA and currently live there. Dressing in anything "out of the norm" can get you a lot of strange looks. There are plenty of times I've tried to dress in a more Instagram-type outfit and have gotten many weird looks, mostly by older people. But as long as you like what your wearing, then nothing else should matter :)

it's because her skin is stretched probably from wearing her earrings overnight instead of taking it off before going to bed, either that or her ear was pierced really low.
