Finally found a good video that explains a lot of whats in the box. Thank you
I have literally just watched 7.36 hours of video to just find out the names of the different bits and how to install them. My thanks to you in the deepest and kindest of ways… You truly have no idea how much I appreciate your video and just thank you for getting straight to the point and answering what I felt like was a very simple question. Thank you.
Thank you! I couldn’t figure out how the “ezlock” worked.
Thank you! I’ve been trying to figure out a couple of these for awhile now. Trial and error and trying to look through the manual let me figure out 70%. You are my hero for this overview - exactly what I needed and something any beginner w a Dremmel should watch.
Excellent video! I can finally use many of my Dremel bits properly! Thank you for detailing each of the bits and their usage.
Thank you for a making the BEST video for beginners. I got Dremel 4000 went through many videos, tried to decipher the manual book to figure out how to use the attachments .. no one and nothing was as helpful as this video.. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!
found this guide EXTREMELY helpful, thank you!

Hey Tom - Wow, thank you so much for this - exactly what I needed! Really appreciate it
Thank you so much. Very well explained that this beginner is happy! 😀
Thank you, I have a kit with most of the tools you have listed and a few extras. Was not sure what all the pieces were for, therefore, this is an extremely resourceful video that I plan to save in the project folder. Thank you again for creating this video. Carmelle from MN
This is the perfect explanation very simple and direct to the point easy to understand salute mate
Cool. I tried the EZ-lock system with the metal cutting wheel. It works really well at moderate speed and light pressure cutting steel (don't bog it down or it will break). I'm still on my first one and have done a solid 10min of cutting with it. Gonna pickup some AO ones to fix some very old door latches. Just picked up a Milwaukee m12 rotary tool and it is very nice not having the cord.
Excellent video, answered a lot of questions I had about that box full of accessories that came with my Dremel

Great video thanks. I had so many bits in my box that I didn’t know what to do with. It would be fantastic if you could do a video demonstrating how they can be used in action?????

This was very (emphasis added) helpful, thank you. Whilst watching the video, I couldn't help but think of that smart kid in school that would always preface their questions in class w "isn't it true that...." Thumbs up on video!!!

Thanks to you now I know how to use the accessories. Don’t know how to thank you 😄
i'v had mine for a year and it didn't came with a guidebooks. very helpful video thanks a lot!
That was very useful. I had to shorten some screws and now they are all flat. Which dremel accessory you would advise to point them again (just enough to for them to guide themselves inside the wads on the wall)? Aluminum oxide grinding stones? Thanks.
Never knew what that felt mandrel was for or what it was called. THANK YOU!
Great work! do you know if the flat headed mandrel and adhesive sanding discs are sold separately? Just thinking about replacements down the road?
Just arrived. I didn’t have any idea how to use it and for what. Great info

I mostly use mine for removing resin supports from 3d prints, may get more of those grinding stones for hard to reach areas and flattening out shapes, they have different colors, how do they differ?
Would the cutting bit or carving bit work on a stripped drywall screw? Screw extractor broke the screw more so will I be able to dremel out what's left?
Wery usefull 👍 how do you clean the white ones #429, #414?
Great video 🥂
Your a super star bud thank you. Cos now M in my garage sanding & cutting anything my end connects with even my finger at one point. Can someone tell me how you know what grade sand drum is plz ???

Thx for the video.. I never knew what the bit for the polishing wheel was used for till now.
Thanks
I'm trying to find which piece works best for trimming/sanding down dog nails
Thank you! ☺️💖 My boyfriend is making me learn all of the parts before he lets me use it lol
I opened it up and looked at the manual. Couldn’t for the life of me figure out what the buffing pads attach to. Thanks for this video!
The wrench screwdriver end can also be used to unscrew the plastic brush covers & screw them back.
Many thanks. Todd. Super helpful. I couldn’t find the link to the cutting guide. I struggle with that bit and could use some help. Can you add a link please?

The carbon steel brush and the Nylon steel brush look the same how do I know which one is which?
Thanks bro, for the life of me I couldn’t figure out how the sanding bands are supposed to stay on the sanding drum. I think that screw on the top just appeared after you mentioned them. 😅
Thanks man for a great vid. Your gloves make me think of neferious activities so I am glad you werent detailing chainsaws or hacksaws in a dungeon environment. Peace out.
Yay!!
Thank you for this. It was very helpful. But I don't know which way to turn the screw on the sand drum. It's really tight and it seems like I'm stripping the screw and I don't want to damage it. I tried both ways and it won't move. Can you advise, please?

@@papermoon50 I cannot unscrew mine either. I've had mine for years and watching this video made me realize I could solve a problem with a project I am working on. Got my mandrel out and could not get it to unscrew. I gave up on my project for tonight but will be going to find me a new one tomorrow. Pretty sure mine's bad too.
Can this be used on a normal drill?
What are the razors for? I mean it's fun to attach them on the end and it makes a interesting cutter.. but it doesn't seem like a razor blade goes in a drammel idk
Where are the oil creams ? What is it used for ?
Where's the link to the video you mentioned?
Have You Seen The Ryobi USB Rechargeable Rotary Tool?
Thanks, wish you would've demonstrated the usage of the bits.
Thankyou. I can now use the dremel I was given. Manual is too complicated, much prefer a visual demo.
Where you from, buddy? We talk different 😅I'm hella Southern.😆 Loved the information!
My issue is that I am not a daily user of dremel rotary tool and bits. But when I use them, I use them and store the used bits in a box, all mixed up. Then next time when I need to use them, I open the box and I am confused which bit is for what. What is their catalog number and what speed to run it at. I wish Dremel had marked at least the cutting and sanding wheels and drum s with their catalog numbers.
useful
Mmmmhhhh, thanks for the info. I was wondering if there's a CUP wire brush - so useful for big items but is there something similar for dremel?
