Becuase he's the most down to earth villian that's an actual thing in the real world. I mean... how many pastors, priests and other religious figures turn out to be huge degenerates? too many, too often. People hate to be reminded of what's wrong in todays life so frollo being a reminder of that makes people want to avoid his subject.

I personally think the reason Hades is forgotten is because of two reasons I can think of, One is the Decedents Movies and how he was portrayed there and two because in actual Greek Mythology he isn't a true villain Zeus is more a true villain than Hades is. Hades from actual Greek Mythology does have his villain moments but he is more kinder and whatnot then his Disney Counterpart. His Disney Counterpart is a villain to the core but the actual Greek Mythology Hades isn't.

@@nual9779 I just looked up to see if its confirmed that Disney Hades and Disney Persephone are married and they are but for some reason it says their son is Tom Lucitor of Star Vs The Forces Of Evil even though the show does show what Tom's parents look like and they are not Hades and Persephone, like WTH. Also since Disney Hades is a true villain here I wouldn't put it pass him to marry Maleficent just to create a powerful child and then divorce her after realizing how difficult it is to deal with her BS.

I love how both death and hades both were interested when reactions to eachother and they also revealed who they were to everyone else in the room with them 💀

That is the best clip you could have ended with and I applaud your choice. I was in the EXACT wrong age bracket for Hunchback when it came out in theaters, but it is one of my favorite Disney films as an adult. Plus you just gotta love the songs in that movie. They are all fantastic!

Thank you for including Hellfire, its one of my favourite villian songs as it really just shows how unhinged Frollo was, without any dark magic or strange powers or whatever to hide behind. He was just a creep and a megalomanic power-hungry political leader essentially, which is such a frightening concept in a disney movie because its a REAL THING. You might not be scared of talking lions or mistresses of all evil because they DONT EXIST, but creeps like Frollo DO exist in the real world, which just makes him all the more scarier.
