Philips have a huge recall of these machines. Log your machine with them to ensure you get a replacement. If you've used ozone or uv cleaner, your machine may be particularly damaged and harmful to your health.

My gall bladder couldn’t be found until surgery. The surgery revealed a white wrinkled gallbladder. Did the Cpap cause this

I live in the uk and ive just been issued a phillips respironic like this one without the humidifier (NHS). Mine has a pale blue stripe on the front, apart from that it looks the same. Should I be worried as ive read they have been recalled in the US or is that a different model.

The latch to open the humidifier is a nightmare. I have arthritis and it takes both hands to pull on the latch and another hand to open the lid. On my old Remstar all this could be done with one hand along with removing the water chamber. Also why is it designed with the display and water chamber on opposite ends of the machine? I have to turn machine around to fill the tank and turn back to see the display. EVERY DAY. This is a poor design in other ways also. Designed by a person who never used a CPAP.

Sliding the release latch should be easily done with minimum effort, so If the flip lid latch is not working properly, we recommend that you buy a new one. Why was she saying “do not use outlet controlled by a switch?” That’s all that’s available.

It's been two years now, They're going to wait until I'm dead before they replace my CPAP. If you know what's good for you, please buy from another company, this one is unreliable.
