Ride to work / gym and your fear will slightly fade away. You just keep in mind your riding style should meet your objectives. Ride as you would love/want to come home daily to your loved ones. The adrenaline is the devil on your shoulder. Keep that in mind and you won't crash... Sometimes the devil gets me and i end up racing trough traffic, but i immediately calm down and remember there is someone waiting home for me. Ride safe brother!
