Best place I ever visited! Staff were amazing, food was great I really want to go back 😫 would recommend this place to anyone!

My stepdaughter had her wedding here 3-4 y ears ago. What a beautiful place. I had a beach view room which was very nice, not elegant but very nice. But, you do not spend your time in the room here. The grounds, food, amenities and the STAFF are wonderful. When they say all inclusive, they mean it. The staff would not accept tips! What a pleasant stay. I am going back. Highly recommended.

I stayed here in 2019. I like it because there are a lot of shade and it is quite.

I just visit the resort in april 2022, I had a great time , I enjoyed the food, in the restaurants with a help of Luis the manager, he want the extra mile to helps us, in the buffet the great hostess Victoria, will receive you with a great attitude, Ricky in entertainment, an the ladies the clean my room Mirna, we did a lot of walking, an enjoyed the live music in the afternoons, great drinks a pleasant night , give them a chance an I bet you will have great vacasion

Great to hear! This was during the time when most are still locked up due to covid so that service was really affected. I bet this time it is almost back to normal. Please do not forget to subscribe I will really appreciate it. I have great contents about resorts and island destinations.

When did you visit there? How was it? I’m going on Saturday!! I read some reviews that things close early due to covid-19 was that the case when you visited? Do you recommend being a preferred club member, was there much of a difference?

Hey selene we were there from dec 20-24. The place is quite and pretty, specially the beach area, you will love it. One problem I have is the rooms for a swimout is quite small, I thought it will be big as in Dreams Playa Mujeres. To be honest the restaurants are not all open and for some reason World cafe, the buffet restaurant, the selection of food is not really good and there is not a lot of food selections and that is due to covid. We frequently eat in Seaside Grill at night or lunch but for breakfast you do not have much choice but eat at world cafe. You have a lot of benefits if you are preferred club guest and I highly recommend it. My family is UVC members so we frequently visit AMSTAR resorts and preferred club is always better.
