Not a fan of the “self made” term. Usually has connotation of pride. Our breath comes from God. James and Sophia driving the Countach across the country was epic. That's a brave pair from a comfort stan point. Curated is an amazing business and I love your content and dedication.

The amount of passion John has for sharing the history of these exotics is second to none! The fact that he managed to find a team that shares the same passion is awesome! This channel is so underrated!

I was lucky enough to be in the area the other week and stopped by. I got to see the f50 get unloaded and have a great talk with Stephen. He was telling me about McPherson College and how to end up with a job in the exotic car market. Everyone was super chill and didn't mind us being there, thanks.

Depends also where u are located and the socio-economic back ground of that location. When u do achieve your dream, I hope u won't pass judgement on any other collectors who doesn't share it on any social media platform. To many petrolheads outside of US/Europe, its a personal thing and major security risk to them and love one when living in a small 3rd world country and region.

I’ve been watching James since he was sleeping in his old Audi TT and car spotting. It’s unbelievable where he is now. Unlike a lot of other car tubers who were born to moneyed families, his story is one of hard work, perseverance and sheer determination to obtain his goal. Such a great story and he should have lots more followers who could be inspired by him.

The F40 LM has got to be the best looking road going based Ferrari competition car ever developed. I fully agree that these things will be worth over 20 million in the not so distant future. They are extremely rare and looking absolutely stunning!

Guessing "it takes two" was a big movie in your childhood.

Jay Leno has always said that the Countach was always reliable and he has put a lot of miles on his personal one and as long as regular maintenance is done they hold up well. I sat in one as a teenager and did not fit very well. I was too tall and it was an odd car ergonomically but I still love the design and would still love to own one.

I can say with absolute certainly that the extreme price increase in these underappreciated Lamborghinis will trace right back to you, Jon. The passion, love, and octane going through the veins of everyone at Curated is extraordinarily obvious. I can't wait to visit the showroom soon and meet as many people as I can.

RM auctions used to have a showroom near my house in Michigan. Used to stop by all the time between my classes. Saw so many incredible cars. Porsche 962s, XJ220s, F40LM, ex-Sultan cars, Cal Spyders, Jaguar D Type, etc, etc. unfortunately the showroom closed down like 15 or so years ago. It was amazing while it lasted.

The f50 is still my ultimate dream car. I saw one 20 years ago at New England Ferrari, it changed my view on cars forever.

At the grand age of 19 my best friend swapped his 1984 Ferrari 308 GTS plus cash for a white 1983 Countach , at the time it was the wildest car anyone had seen. We would go training together & literally it would stop traffic I remember a bus stopping in front of us with all its passengers & the bus driver getting out & looking around the car while we waited behind & all the bus passengers staring back at us. The Ferrari was beautiful but this car at 19 was unbelievable.

Such a great car. So many hours put into. And it still started breaking down after only 2,000 miles. Haha. I love Countachs but I’ve never heard anyone try to claim they’re dependable and I think it’s funny that they do in this video when we all already know it barely made it home.

To have a Miura, F50, F40LM and an EB110 in a row together is insanely epic! My brain has trouble processing just how awesome that is. I had to pause the video and just stare for a moment. Amazing!

I absolutely love the Lamborghini content. I still remember the first seeing a Lamborghini on a poster at the book sale in elementary school. I’ve been fascinated with them ever since. I actually found a Countach pace car Hotwheels at the store this past weekend and had to buy it 😂

I think you said it best, “over-enthusiastic” is really the primary reason why I don’t watch Strad. Almost seems like every video is scripted & the emotions aren’t real. But, to not acknowledge his accomplishments would be wrong on every level. Props to him for everything he’s done.

Been fixing cars for over 20 years . Some cars are worth it and some cars when they give you problems are not. Countach is worth it.

I was hoping to get an update in the coolant leak on the countach. These things happen to cars all the time, but was impressive how it was fixed on the road and still made it home. How many modern cars would just give up and need all codes reset. Sometimes the beauty of a 10mm socket and some knowledge is all you need

The Giallo F50 is stunning. I would imagine that any colour other than red would command a significant premium? I've had the chance to see one in person before in Melbourne, Australia - the car had yellow headlight inserts rather than black (the owner bought a spare set & had them painted).

Been following James since getting his Gallardo. Been following curated for a while now as well. I had been looking forward to his delivery of this car. Hoping to see him back to pickup a Diablo one of these days!
