Hi Just want to know if for what ever reason If any of us get covid there, do they send us away to quarintine on our own or do they keep us in the hotel room at the onyx untill we are good to go? want to go in Feb this year but afraid of this covid quarintine. Please help

Hi John, it’s my understanding that you would quarantine at the resort. Food and beverages (no alcohol) would be delivered to your room. But after experiencing the testing process, I would imagine no one is testing positive. They’re barely stick the Q-tip thing up there and the results comes back super fast. I was advise to be safe as you possibly can, wear your mask, and enjoy your vacation. The property is beautiful and the staff is awesome.

is that one slide dangerous like did you almost fall off the side how did you end up hurting yourself?

It’s very fast and the impact of my feet hitting first vs my bottom is what did it 😞

Great video! My dad and I are going there next week. Is there any airport shuttles to and from? If not are there any services in the area that are reliable?

Thank you. We booked our transfer to and from the airport through Amstar when we book our trip. But there’re a ton of taxis and shuttle services there at the airport.

How is the seaweed situation?

Not sure but going for a business trip about a month and a week away from now and try to remember to post back as I have five kids under 16 so I’ll keep an eye on that POV.

Good morning. Yes, it is true. If going to a restaurant they’re able to identify it by your room number, other than that, it’s an honor system of some sort lol.

@@debbiep99 they also give you a special black preferred club ketcard for at some of the club bars which the bartender only asked us once to see but that was it!

Thank you. I wouldn’t say they’re aren’t safe, out of 5 of us men that went down the slide, I’m the only one who was injured. I think it was just a freak accident. I hit the water so fast and hard, feet hit first on impact, which caused the knee injury (torn meniscus🤦🏾‍♂️)

All of the sit down restaurants were pretty good. I wasn’t thrilled with the buffet food.
