due to multiple areas with direct sunlight all day, I’m sure it gets extremely hot with Phil weather. This concept might work in Baguio because it’s cooler. Aircon will not even work.

Nice design and lay out, medyo naliliitan lang ako sa mga bathroom, sana may urinal na din, for sure di maiiwasan, family and barkada, babae at lalake, magkakasama sa room. ✌️
