I live in a motorhome full time and travel around Europe in it. I spend most of my time in Poland, Germany and Italy. Vanlife is my life.
In my KZread channel, I present reviews of recreational vehicles. I do this by regularly attending trade events such as CMT Stuttgart, Abenteuer und Allrad, Caravan Salon Dusseldorf, Warsaw Caravan and Camping Show and sometimes others.
I cover equipment, including 12v electrical equipment and talk a lot about lithium batteries.
I also show some of the places I have visited in Europe in my own motorhome, as well as the places you can stay at! I try to give as much coverage as I can to official campsites and free places which I use for overnighting. Therefore you can find here the aire or stellplatz that you are possibly looking for.

I like the french bed style campervan/motorhomes,but unfortunately don't see many
Went to the NEC show today and there were Dreamers. Certainly not been common in the U.K. but quite a few different brands coming through now. What I saw and thought ‘Alan would like that’ is that the Affinity van conversions are now being made/sold in the U.K. by Coachman (as Coachman Affinity). Some nice features but not sure they entirely work for me.

Autosleeper Kingham has had this layout for over 10years
But a width-wise bed would be only usable by shorty's 🙂
Hi Alan, enjoy your videos. In your video about the Benimar Tessero 481, you said your friend had one and he liked it. I am looking to buy this camper and would like to know which country would be the best price. I live in the Canary Islands and the price is €75,500 including registration for the Ford automatic 170bhp. Regards
A side window in that washroom would make it feel much less claustrophobic. Otherwise fab layout.

That kitchen is absolutely ridicilous … so small. Does nobody cook on the road ??? There is no space what so ever. A dealbreaker for me.

I cook almost every day on the road - all my meals. One learns to manage in a smaller space, indeed, I don't really consider the difference any more.

@@VanlifewithAlan Yes but still ... there is just no space whatsoever to do prep-work. I love the van and the layout, but the kitchen seems like an afterthought in the design.

@@TvanBoven I do mine at the table Tvan. In a vehicle this size we have to make compromises. However it does have the advantage that whilst I am peeling onions and garlic, I can watch KZread videos on the computer!
Utterly useless shower and toilet. Far too narrow
