Thank you for the review. I'm thinking about H13pro, but there's a pretty big price difference. Is it worth paying more? Or is h12pro a better option?

The H13 Pro is definitely a better product than the H12 Pro. Having said that, despite all the upgrades being good ones, I don't think they're worth the current price difference between the H12 and the H13. So value for money, I would say the H12 Pro is for sure the better option, and I would go for that (unless money is not an issue, then go for the upgrade!) Hope this helps.

@@RawansReviews Just did a full cleaning on my H13. I too notice that the waste water tank is not warm. Maybe it might be just the dry heater on while it's washing... Feel like I should have purchased the H12 Pro instead.

@james.a.h. Then they should not have advertised it as “hot water cleaning”… I’m getting tired of these misleading marketing claims. Roborock did that with hot air drying on the Dyad Pro-I spoke extensively about it in my review of the Dyad. Dry heater on while washing is in no way anywhere close to being “60 degrees hot water washing”… Oh well… :/

@@RawansReviews The only reason why I chose the H13 was for that hot cleaning too. Logically speaking, if there was a water heating mechanism, I would assume they would also provide a "hot water mopping" mode. I will do a more in depth observation and also contact my local rep (Indonesia) and report back if I find anything interesting.

@james.a.h. Please do. I disagree though on the hot water mopping. Not an electrical engineer, but my thoughts; the water heating mechanism would be in the base (constantly supplied with AC power). For hot water mopping, this would have to be in the vacuum itself, drawing power from the battery.. and usually heating elements draw quite some power. But again quite disappointed if this feature is mis-advertised. If you watch my Dyad Pro review, hot air drying was completely misadvertised by Roborock. I did a few tests and there was no hot air at all, reached out to Roborock and they were very elusive about it. Is Dreame doing the same here? Would love to give them the benefit of the doubt-but it’s quite possible, it’s BS marketing as well.

Are these meant to be used on carpets too?

Haven’t tried it on oil, but I would guess so. Should be able to suck up all the oil. Not sure if you would need some detergent afterwards or the water would be enough though

I did a video comparing the H12 Pro the Dyad Pro--what I said there pretty much still stands, with a few exceptions. There's the Roborock Flexi Pro about to be launched though, I plan on testing that...I have a feeling I would pick that one over the bunch, but can't confirm that until I get my hands on one and test it. Make sure you subscribe to my channel to get notified when I release that video!
