Handong and Sua covering for Siyeon was not the way I thought they would do it but they do it so well

True because if you think about it. The one who can sing the highest is actually Dami. (Just listen to her in OST Shadow slow version). Because of that I thought they might have used Sua and Dami. But Darn, I have to give credit where it is due. Handong done an awesome job of it. I have thought for a long time we have not seen the true extent of Handong's abilities and this just proves it. Dreamcatcher doesnt just have one Main singer in Siyeon the truth is any one of the group members could be the Main Singer. It is like Gayeon.... I have heard her in a rap song a couple of times and I have to confess she killed the rap parts. If memory serves me correctly she was taken into the group as a rapper more than a singer. They are all so talented and gifted. They are not known as being one of if not the best live group to go and see for no reason.

@@nzcycloneit’s actually SuA who sings the highest… they have played games to see who can hit the highest note and SuA always wins… even the DC girls say SuA can sing the highest. So it doesn’t surprise me that they used SuA to cover for Siyeon. I have even seen SuA hit whistle notes without even trying in radio interviews.

@@JayNice3 True, I too have seen those shows. I guess it all comes down to how your understanding the information too. There is so much information about their singing ranges and for the most part it depends on which one you read. The other thing to consider is too that not all the members get the opportunity as much as others. Not a criticism it is just how it is. Like one report read on Quora lists Yoohyeon as first, Siyeon//Handong as second with Sua third. Personally I do not care as to me they all are wonderful. But, in saying that I have always thought Handong had a much wider range then we were getting to see. It is the same with Gahyeon, she actually is a very very good rapper, we just have not as yet had the opportunity to see just how good she is.

Show this showcase to someone who has never seen Dreamcatcher and ask them who the main vocal is

No no it was Siyeon in the end, Sua replace her bc of Siyeon's hiatus

honestly it warms my heart that Siyeon felt comfortable taking time for herself because she knew her members have the ability to cover for her. I mean, the main dancer KILLED IT. She could've just lip synced Siyeon's parts but she pulled it off with her own raw talent, and she's not the only one in Dreamcatcher who could! Siyeon is indispensable, her role in Dreamcatcher is vital and can never be replaced. But I hope she feels some peace during this time knowing that if she needs a break, her girls got her.

Also it is Siyeon doing the crazy high note at the end of the song, Sua is just doing it for live performances

That part was indeed Siyeon, but since she's dealing with health issues and anxiety she wont participate in this promotions, at least for now. So SuA said "I gotchu homie" for the live performances

This comeback is killing me at all corners. Siyeon sadly is not taking part in the promotions due to health issues and anxiety, so the other members are covering her parts in the showcases and stages. So we have to fight to get them a win for their hard-work, and hope for a swift recovery for Siyeon. 👑🙌

It's insane how talented they are and how much worked they've put into being able to do all of that. Sua and Handong covering Siyeon's parts is just crazy and yet, they did it and have continued to do it every day on the broadcast shows. That's not to say Siyeon's presence isn't missed, but it's got to be a relief to her to know she can count on her team to help carry the load.

I'm so proud of them, they really stepped up to the mic and held their own! Get well soon Siyeon!

These live performances have been insane so far! Dreamcatcher always performs at 10/10 effort, but it’s crazy how they manage to crank it up to an 11/10 with Siyeon being absent 🫨

It was Siyeon in the track but in her hiatus Sua ,being the one of the only ones able to also hit the note, took over. Technically Dami could hit it too if they really wanted to go crazy with it.

The mind of Mando just plopped out at the end and he had to scoop it back in to finally figure out the Siyeon / SuA thing.
