it should be 'break your habit now'! but bcuz this edit was done b4 the actual release of the mv and lyrics so hence the 'break your heartbeat' xD

I've got no idea too...I basically just photoshopped 'crackhead ver' and 'stream' with the existing letters xD But the fonts which I think are close to this are casta bold expanded, glow better serif, kenoky coffekan black and rosewell black rough! :)
