    Demi so i forgot to comment back bc i freaked myself out. So my goal was to astral project. I was meditating for maybe 15-20 minutes and my dog started scratching at my door so i was going to get up to let her in. I think i was in some type of sleep paralysis because i couldn't move and my eyes wouldn't open. I was freaking out but that only lasted for a short minute. I did see a lot of flashing lights in my eyelids which was weird because it was about 12 at night 10/10 would try again

    just focus on your breathing. only think about that in and out, in out. this will help you relax because your mind is only focusing on one thing. then when you feel relaxed just don’t move and try not to break the “connection” if you feel yourself coming out of the relax state then go back to focusing on your breath. also guided meditation can be really helpful for new people so they have something to think about during the experience that would hurt it.

    Write down whatever thoughts you are having before meditating to clean your mind :)
