Hi 👋 I am a subscriber of yours We have a 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan and cost? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom and T&B on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, deep well (poso) at the right hand side of the backyard, laundry area at the back and a porch/terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage on the left hand side slight elevated. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge inside our room, small sitting area inside our room, another porch/balcony and access with the balcony inside our room. plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B. With a small backyard. Color of the house is white and gray. Thank you so much, I appreciate it and more and more success 🙏🏻

Termite protection I am more interested in this kind of design. Will you make it happen? kzread.info/dash/bejne/naV1xdqbdte_gZc.html I've seen a lot of contractors build their client's dream house without spraying the floor plan or lot with termite chemical/poison to protect the entire house. Should you have any option for the client to choose? Unless all wood materials are treated with a termite solution. Otherwise in the long run that house will be feasted with termite. How did I know that? I used to live in P.I on a two storey building house with all wood on the second floor. The termite infested our house that almost fell to the ground. I used to be a pest control tech here in the state that's why I know. I subscribe to your channel thinking when I get home very soon thinking of hiring you. that is if you have an option for the client to choose to spray the lot with termite poison from the pest control company.
