Djuhara is a widely-respected Indonesian architect and founder of the Green Building Council Indonesia. His residential projects have provided beautiful homes for the poor out of recycled materials while his commercial projects also have been recognized for their innovative use of space and materials. In this talk he features incredible homes made of steel and other locally-sourced materials, bringing the cost of a home down to levels normally associated with buying a car.
