I have the same request

Squat rack, barbell, adjustable dumbell Handles, plates, bench, maybe some bands. That's all you need to get jacked, nothing else!

i have a pretty sweet little apartment gym, i have adjustable dumbbells, a bench, a hex bar, monkeyfeet and some big crash pads i can drop the dumbbells on to avoid waking the downstairs neighbors.

Love the setup! It's always cool seeing how people maximize their spaces to match their training styles.

I really like my schoolastic power rack. Wish you guys still made it. It was a best rack for most affordable price! New one probably rocks too but it's a little more pricey.

Killer setup Matt, great place to train. I will definitely second the elitefts power bar, it;'s the best power bar ive ever used!

Try the inertia wava battle ropes less stress on the joints then the regular battle ropes.

That’s such a great set up, but nothing beats a Elitefts monolift in a garage gym though. I really like the vertical single bar storage especially for the specialty bars that are a pain to get out of 9 bar holder

@@manuelesparza9321 yes, I think the biggest one is with specialty bars and trying to get them out of it. My Rackable trap bar is a pain to get out because it rubs my cambered bar but I’m limited on space.

How do you do leg extensions on that? I get the standing leg curl part but would like to see the leg extension performed. Do you have a link for that item? I can't find your rack attachments on the site

Where are the Spud Inc safety straps sold? They aren't on the Spud Inc website. Do they come for a power rack that's using 5/8" hardware?
