This bike is insane. So much corner traction and composure for a 140 bike. Running mine with a -1 angleset and 160 fork.

Good eye. We do that at several points throughout the tensioning process, it just wasn't filmed and included in the video.

What was that? @7:23 he put something in the tire. Not sure if its an insert like cushcore, or something that voids using rim tape.

I sit down all the time and just build random bikes up with ur site. It’s awesome but a recommendation I think is to add more bikes just for the sake of it for fun, even if you don’t stock them
