Istvan III was the first major act of the traitor legions that began to Heresy and purged most of the loyalists elements in their legions. This was the one where Rylanor was damaged and trapped underground for 10k years before delivering the most legendary "Fuck You" in history to Fulgrim. Istvan V was the planet that the Drop Site Massacre happened upon where the traitors formally turned on the loyalist legions and decimated the ones present and killed Ferrus Manus.
