He was in siege the whole time. Couldn't move. If he had let siege laps for a min and gotten clear of the gates, he would've probably done a little better by using the smart bomb to kill off drone dps. But he did pretty damn good for the size of that fleet against him!

Friendly piece of advice I can give would be to lock many targets, because most fleet commanders ask people to burn out and warp off to a ping and warp back if he locks you when engaging Capitol Ships. Probably wouldn't have helped much, but a good trick to maybe calm some dps in the future. Nice fight.

Come give it a try it's free and 4 races to choose from. They do have explaining of webs that slow you down warp scram you so you can't warp away if less than 10km or warp disrupted is 20kms there is things to take capacitor away by now which is not as much as a energy neutralizer sensor dampening shortens your distance to shoot. Among other things to stop or help you missiles drone enhancing or control range of drones. Many things and skill to learn I been playing for many years now over 13 so far and still learning new things each ship is different but some ships a gun is a gun try it and have fun peace/ Shalom.

Hey man. Absolutely love your Eve content!! I also find your personality quite enjoyable to watch. You always seem dead happy and full of energy... Just a quick question that has been really bugging me... It seems like the Gnosis is just an over powered ship? I mean... What is the point of flying anything else below battle cruiser status... Such as the Thorax, or any other cruiser/frigate/navy frigate/ etc etc... When you can fly a Gnosis free of any skills... and it has such good bonuses and damage output... It seems like there i no point in flying anything else, until you have the skills to go passed a BC... Is this true? Please can you provide your opinion on this. Thank you.

What are you talking about? Panther was NC and didn´t pilot his ship right at all. The PL guy that did the DD solo and prolly without backup has nothing to do with another NC dude that swings his BlackOps Dick around and get killed doing it. Reference: kzread.info/dash/bejne/pq6I1Litcbqve9I.html 404 was still shooting the panther when the Ragnarok warped from keep to the top of the gate(only visible by the Titan icon on the edge of his screen). Rag locked him when Panther wasn´t even dead mate.

Those are HAWs (high angle weapons) meant for shooting subcaps. They're autocannons (close range).

please please please sort your overview by transversal velocity when you do anything in big gun ships 404 o.O Idk why that was such a feedfest but not knowing who is having transversal and who doesn´t is really influencing your kill count :)

@@platiuscyndar9017 heyho, yes! the overview is like a excel a sheet that you can sort/filter/rearrange like you want to. normally players use different tabs to only see a specific shiptype on the overview(for example Caps/Logistics/Tacklers). By adding transversal velocity into your overview and sorting it from 0 to highest you will know what you will apply better on with your turrets.

@@platiuscyndar9017 you undock press "open overview settings" on the burger Menu in the Overview window go to "columns" Add "transversal velocity" to your columns and sort it to where you wanna see it via drag and drop close the settings and then press "transversal velocity" in your overview, sort it with arrow up and down how you want

Can't say i do much solo dread pvp, so this may be stupid. But did horde just let their newbies suicide into you? & any reason you only had a power grid implat in your clone?

So that system is run like a thunderdome. They dont drop caps and mostly dont fleet up if you come solo, so you end up fighting their standing fleet. Most of the time the trade is far in their favor, but this time I got some nice drags. I dont fly a head full of implants because you go there to die.

We use to come in Harbs and fight horde. Just fun fights. Now PL camps PXQ or has a loki fleet in range. Really ruins the fun of a fight.

Nope, just got a new job and have been taking a lil break from the game. Still streaming, but have been streaming other stuff just to relax after work. Also the war has reduced a lot of the solo content out there in the galaxy. I'll be back in there soon though.

He dies when his cap boosters run out OR he gets shot at by other capital ships, so there's no point repping too hard. He could have probably fought for another 10 minutes if the rag didn't DD him Also, he's going to die ~eventually~. The armor and hull is just "free buffer"

@@suluklu i've done alot of cap PVP. people only let their shields get low so that they dont scare off the weak willed players. its basically bait but still makes no sense to me.

Pardon my noobness, but why didn't you at least attempt to burn away from the gate? You have like 100+ drones and a bunch of interceptors close. (Genuine question)

Because dreadnoughts are basically immobile in siege mode. Basically it increases a ship's mass by ten times or something like that, so even if he wanted to move, he couldn't really unless he went out of siege at the end of the cycle, and that would have meant he'd have to tank more damage because the reduction from siege would not longer apply. I think. I'm more noob at this game than you are, I can promise that.

He should have de aggressed and jumped through, twice if he wanted the bubbles, but going back to the gate when he wasn't intending to use it was a seriously bad call. So was picking the tankiest ships possible as targets, or ones that were at a shit range for the ammo used. Like the others have said though, when in siege or triage, capital ships can't move (though they will continue moving for quite a long time, if they were prior to activation.)

So 2017 ... Sit still rep up and shoot the blob Back in 2016 some were doing kiting dreads, that stuf was fun to watch Back in 2015 people where doing it with no sub cap guns :) Still impresive how many stuff you shot down.

Try so 2020. Super and titan proliferation eliminate the possibility to roam (let alone "kite") in a cap anywhere. Any solo dread is still pretty rare to see, glad you enjoyed the video!

I could not even tell what killed you, you where in full hull some armor and shield then dead :)

@@Takticals yes... I guess it was beta phase 2. It was a very different game back then. I ran a small peaceful Corp in the Stain sector. We had a blast for a year or so. Somehow the game lost traction for me, so I decided to quit and enjoy real life on earth.

PL had to ruin it.

Glad ur having a blast, keep it up, . . . Aand this is why i can never play eve online, ive never seen a more boring pvp experience.

I seriously dont understand most players in EVE. He's thrilled by the loss of his 3.4 Billion Dollar ship. What was your goal when setting out? IF it was to lose your ship, then good..uh..job??? Well Done?? But IF that wasn't the goal, why are you dancing? IF it was the goal: I dont understand people in EVE.
