I gotta admit, I loved his streams, i found him very entertaining, i wasnt that bothered about the wife shit but this is dodgy as fuck, cant watch him again

On a moral point of view with his wife , it has nothing to do with us , it is between them both , many partners have such problems that never gets resolved , so people do make mistakes ,they may have eventually worked it out but the person who was cheated on will not have the trust that they had before so time eventually works that out and working together to resolve the issue. That why i say it is down to the couple either to resolve it or go their weperate ways , it has got nothing to do with us. Secondly The issue with twitch whisperer which uses the platforms app to speak with anyone privarely it is a private or public chat between the users , you have to use your phone number to verify who you are . I do see why twitch banned the doc , but at the same time paid him due to the flaw in the twitch messages system , both users have to give phone numbers to make messages together . One was the doc the other was a 13 year old , The question here is why has twitch accepted in the app that you can speak with anyone under the age of let just say 18 years of age . No2 why did the doc had a message reaction to a girl of 13 years of age . So there may have been a lot of messages going on between the two . Did the child in question spoke with her paents about it , and another thing was the child old enough to use a email then use twitch to watch streems and to use the twitch app . what are the t/c of the app . why was doc texting to a underage girl that should not be concerning him about her life with any experiences she has had or not . Why the ex employees after leaving twitch decided to make remarks on why the doc was banned , was it legal them to say what they said in the terms of contract. They seem tobe the ones also trying to get many subscribers as they not fully explained how the doc and this girl of 13 were able to speak to each other when it should be be strict on who you can speak with or have a account with unless it is set for children only or of adults . Doc has still not explained why he spoke to the girl in the type of manner he did although nothing went further . the reason why twitch paid him was due to the fault of twitch as they need to share the blame although the doc is also responsible of his actions although he claims nothing went further ,after the chat had been finished in text form. What was she answering to a man well over the age is also concerning . I am just going to wait until he makes a final answer to the question. Twitch also should sort out the app as to make sure that underage children can not xconnect to the app only if it is set up for that particular age. the docs beeninformed by his lawyer what to say but it would explain more exactly what the texts was sent to each other to put it at rest .

This may be the unpopular opinion, but I think the Doc situation is actually worse for Twitch than the Doc himself. People are quickly throwing around "crime" when the situation was investigated and no wrongdoing was found. Crime is off the table. Did the Doc make a moral/ethical mistake? Seems to be no question there, and I personally do not support him. Should he have chatted with minor? Absolutely not. Should children be protected online? Yes. However, an ex-Twitch employee comes forward and makes statements that cause people to insinuate that Doc is a child predator and guilty of pedophilic crime. Doc and his lawyers have a strong case for slander and/or various violations of an NDA, and I think they'll have a field day with that. I honestly hope this burns Twitch more than Doc since he's really just one streamer, and an old one at that. Twitch is an absolute cesspool of child predation, so here's hoping Doc's case becomes a launchpad for BIG accountability for Twitch itself.

well, it will never be the same. he is going to have a huge troll base now. every stream will be full hate comments. his mods are going to be paid overtime. but can he come back? as long as he isnt banned then yes he can come back. gamers are the most loyal hand over money people ever. nintendo could call black people something and their games will still sell millions. gamers are like crack addicts when it comes to gaming and gaming content. so yes he can come back if he doesnt get banned. but it will never be the same. he will have a nation of trolls and hate behind him now. his income is also going to take a huge hit.

Doc is a bellend. He embodies everything I despise about streaming and what gaming has become. However, until we see those messages you can't just go around labelling someone a diddler without the full context. People are filling in the gaps. I'm sure there are people out there with vendettas, people looking for easy clout/clicks or people just doing it for the lulz, but without the full context it is damaging to people going after actual predators and sets the Doc up for a nice easy lawsuit should he ever be vindicated. i) We have yet to see any concrete confirmation of the age (and like it or not that changes everything). ii) There was no mention of sexually inappropriate messages, only inappropriate messages. There is a huge difference. iii) Was he aware of their age beforehand? iv) Did the minor in question lie. v) If Twitch has any age verification (I don't know, I don't use that site because its cancer) did the minor lie when creating their account. This is all stuff that could easily be verified if we had the messages and would either fully vindicate Doc or see him rightfully condemned. As someone who has helped put away these kind of people, unless you catch them literally hanging out of the back of their victim you cannot and should not attach that label to them unless you have the full context, and that context can only be provided with evidence. Doc is a rich and (in the eyes of him and his fans at least) powerful guy. In this instance he is either innocent and incredibly naïve, or an actual predator. It is a black and white scenario There are no grey areas. Though at the moment we lack the information to make that call.
