The ability to take a blank piece of paper and draw a masterpiece is a God given talent, and this guy has it
skill and grace from drawing the characters multiple times. knowing the characters without a reference, This level is where I want to be at.

i would like to meet masashi kishimoto! because i just love how he draws hinata and how creative he was thinking of her storyline which was sad but very interesting! and i would just love to know how he draws her!!
You have to learn gesture drawings which are like basic shapes to get the motion down but if its heads then try looking at proko's tutorial, its for portrait but you can use it for comics :) Have fun!

Hayao Miyazaki...did you know he strait up did a manga after the Nausicaa film was ready, so he could promote the move in mags. Watch the extras on the dvd of Nausicaa they are amazing. I'm always amazed when i watch Studio Ghibli go about there daily routine.

The professionals do it from memory... Though I suppose when they are in studio, they have anatomy references if they forget something... but most of the time, it's all memory because they draw the same thing over and over...
