It later went on to be published as a best-selling book by Ao Morita, with readers sharing their tearful reactions on social media. Now it receives a live-action film adaptation.

this is going to be an emotional rollercoaster
the line “i think we were born just so we could meet each other.” sounds beautiful it moved me so much. if we feel confused of why we’re born maybe that could be one of the reason why we’re living, to meet our destined someone. i want to keep living until i met that person.

i saw the anime nd it was sooo sad 😭 spolier: 👇🏻 The girl dies in the end but not because her health worsened but bc she got in a fatal car accident. She was supposed to meet the guy at a cafe but she never came nd he kept waiting. He didn't get to say his goodbye to the girl.
