Thanks. Oh I've never really thought about this for an animation tool. I have dabbled with powerpoint on PC and this is a natural fit on the ipad.

I have recently bought iPad and got so broke that could not buy procreate after that XD XD so was looking for iPad built in alternatives to make some promotional animations for myself. how long have you been using the app? ive loved it since 2009 but i know it goes all the way back to the first apple keynote presentation! surrised more people dont know about it and its awesome features. do you know if this is how they make their presentations?

If that .png image you borrowed to trace multiple characters for your animation, couldn’t you copy and paste that .png file multiple times and then crop away everything else except for the character you want?

hi! can I also cut out or delete parts of the image that I'm adding? (If I want to use just a part of a pic for the presentation)? Or is it better to use another programme for this (can you recommend one?) Thanks so much!! kind regards

Yes you definitely can. You can “instant alpha” an image which will only remove solid colors you select to make it transparent. It’s a neat feature. I use it alot!

Keynote has virtually all the capabilities of being an animation video editor. It just lacks the presets.

You could have used the Magic Move feature.

it would have not worked here because puppet is constantly changing object, it could work if the same object is transforming .
