In this video I walk you through my design process for making an illuminated letter. This is part of an alphabet series and I'll be making a lino print of each letter. This video shows the process of drawing the letter, choosing the flowers and foliage that will illustrate the letter, making quick sketches of those, determining composition and how to transfer and finalise your design in a sketchbook once it's done.

I have an especially nasty case of the flu at the moment and watching your videos is so soothing because you don’t talk loud or in a rushed manner, you’re calm and just “strolling” along as you draw. I love this!!
