How to decide wether we need two point perspective or 3 point perspective?

I recommend using the 3 point perspective only for Architectural exterior scenes (Cityscapes) or a very large city scene or if you want to create a very dramatic image. Other than that the 2 point perspective is the style to go with.Because it's less complicated & faster than the 3 point perspective.
