할머님 그림 엄청 스타일리시 하신데요. 터치펜 사용법이 익숙치 않아서 그렇지 연필이나 펜으로 그렸으면 더 멋졌을듯. 좀 그려보신듯 합니다. 멋지네요.

Confronting the end of the road is always a sad thing. It helps to have perspective when young, I hope, so that when I confront it I am not so scared.

i draw a lot, and the most impressive thing isn't that she drew accurately, but the fact she got it all done within 30 minutes. Imagine only taking 30 minutes of your day and making a masterpiece like this. She must practice her portraits a lot, this is amazing hard work.

The young woman, she drew really well in my opinion, as did the older woman, obviously, the artist DID AMAZING. I think this would be such a fun experience, and as someone who trying to learn to draw, (although I'm very bad at it lol), i wish i could do something like that in the future.

The younger woman definitely has some experience with art and the older woman may have drawn before but her age got in the way. She mentioned hand tremors.

그르게요 상대가 나를 생각하면서 수작업으로 그렸다는 점이 받는 사람 입장에선 감동일거 같아요 ai는 이런 감동을 못 주죠

first of, it's mislead title, should be "Drawing stranger in front of you" second, when the girl show her great portrait and seeing the reaction, omg, their happiness and appreciation is so priceless :') i'm artist myself too, giving other (especially the one that we care about) our art and receive their good feedback like that is the greatest happiness i have teary eyes here, good job odg

I'm korean, and the title is saying ' "Is this really handrawn? Drawing for someone you're seeing for the first time." korean usually gets translated incorrectly on translation apps :')

미대생인데 영상 보고 펑펑 울었어요 ㅠㅠ 그림이 가지고 있는 힘은 이렇게 굉장하다고 새삼 느껴지네... 나중에 슬럼프 올 때 이 영상 다시 떠올릴 것 같아요.

최근엔 자극적인 ai 그림 관련 유튭 영상들만 자주 올라와서 질렸었는데 이렇게 사람 작가분 섭외해서 정성 들여서 게스트분들 초상화 그려드리는 컨텐츠 너무 좋은거같아요!

When the grandpa talked about how "the arts" were absent after the war in Korea, and that the world has become such a better place, I felt his emotions so much in his voice and expression it made me tear up.😭 Can't imagine what he saw, experienced, and even lost back then.

Man, my 13 yr old niece who visited us this August, during that two weeks, we really got close to each other like she's now my sister or I've become like a father figure to her since her mom and dad are separated. She's so fascinated in a lot of things, specially when it comes to school related stuff. I'm not a geologist but I love geology, let's just say science in general. On her second day during the visit, she saw me studying about geology and as a curious girl, she asked me about it and that's how it started, I taught her what I know in science mainly geology, meteorology, astronomy, zoology, botany, biology and so on and then she saw me playing piano and asked me to teach her too, I even showed her all the poems and songs i've written and she also liked them. Then the night before the fiesta, I was busy cooking different kind of dishes for the fiesta and she asked me to teach her how to cook too. She's so interested in things i'm interested at, we're so similar, that's why I even joked that we're actually twins born in different timelines, she's like the female version of me. On her last day before she took her flight home, she asked me for a photo while I was playing guitar, so I let her and man, she drew me using that photo, she said it was her 'Thank You' gift for all the things I've taught her and for the times we laughed and bonded together, she's really good at drawing. I miss her already, she really is my twin. Now, we're still in touch messaging each other and we still talk about things we're both interested at and ask me for help with her school works. It's really the best two weeks of my life. Now, I'm making a homemade wooden frame for her drawing. I'm 29 yrs old and it feels like she's a daughter that I have yet to have but twin is also good. If I ever have a daughter in the future, I want her to also be fascinated in a lot of things and I'll teach her everything that I know and would know in the future.

I don’t know why I started crying when they exchanged portraits- it was so moving to me. Their faces are all so beautiful and their portrayals of each other were even more so. It seems like such an intimate, loving thing to draw another person. It was quite beautiful to watch.

그림이 환상적이다 닮게 그리기도 했는데 선하고 아름답게 잘 그리셨어요... 저도 사람들에게 행복을 줄 수 있는 일러스트레이터가 되고싶네요

10년째 그림을 그려온 사람의 입장에서 참 많은 생각이 드는 영상이네요. 일러스트레이터로 살다 보면 자기를 그려달라는 요청이 참 많습니다. 기분 좋게 그려드릴 때가 많지만, 개인 시간에 휴식을 제쳐두고 대가 없는 그림을 그린다는 게 쉬운 일은 아니에요. 그래도 저렇게 감동해주시고 예쁜 말들을 해주시면 그릴 맛이 나는 것 같아요. 사실 그냥 프로필에 걸어두기 위해서, 혹은 친하니까 대가 없이 그려주겠지 하시는 분들이 반 이상이고, 그런 분들은 그냥 고맙다는 한 마디가 끝이더라구요. 언제 완성되냐고 독촉하는 분들도 많았어요. 아무런 대가도 바라지 않고, 그저 내가 좋아서 해 주는 일이지만 주변의 예술가에게 창작물을 부탁할 때는 저희의 입장도 한 번씩 생각해주시고 따뜻하게 말해주시면 너무 고마울 것 같아요. 저희가 시간을 쪼개서 그림을 그리며, 상상하고 바라는 건 당신이 행복해 하는 얼굴 뿐이니까요ㅠㅠ

그림 그리는 친구가 깜짝 선물로 자기가 그린 그림으로 키링을 만들어 줬었는데 그게 정말 기뻤던 생각이 드네요. 아무리 간단한 그림이라도 그리는 동안엔 제 생각을 얼마나 많이 했을까 싶기도 하고 참 감동이었죠ㅠㅠ 그림 그리는 게 진짜 쉽지 않은데 정말 멋지십니다! 앞으로도 멋진 창작 이어가시길 바랍니다!

왜 어르신들 그림 보실 때 눈물이 나지

영상에 나온 할아버지가 6.25전쟁을 겪고 그 이후 한국은 미술을 배울 기회가 거의 없어서 미술을 한번도 못 배웠다고 하는 장면에서 살짝 울컥했네요.. 저희 외할머니와 할아버지도 6.25를 겪으셨고 할머니는 6.25 당시 임진강 주변에 살면서 아버지와 동생을 잃으셨어요. 할아버지는 결혼 후 학교에서 일하고 학교가 방학일 땐 지하철 공사 일을 하고 쉬지 않고 일했다고 하더라고요. 저는 미술 입시 중인 고등학생인데 제가 지금 배울 수 있는 기회가 주어진 것도 이런 분들이 계셨기 때문이라고 생각해요. 그 외로 미술이 얼마나 사람에게 큰 감동을 줄 수 있는 지 느껴져서 너무 좋았습니다. 사람이 시간과 정성을 들여 만든 그림은 AI는 따라할 수 없다고 생각해요.

광고지만 그래도 마음이 따뜻해지네요. 방금 울기 시작했어요. 예술은 여기 지구상에서 정말 아름다운 것입니다

Now this is how you do a sponsorship while giving an entertainment value. I love how this channel brought a youngster, a young adult, and a couple of wise old people. It's amazing seeing multiple age groups react in the same manner in a respectful way. This is why I love South Korean people.

I got a bit teary eyed. I feel as though I related to Mr Kim Sang Dong even though I am young. As he said the world has become a better place and while I never experienced anything that he has. His words struck a chord. He wishes that he was young again to take advantage of and experience this new relatively peaceful era we live in today. With all its opportunities. The innocent wish to live really hits me emotionally.

다들 말을 정말 예쁘게 하시네. 어르신이 그림 볼 때 영정사진 느낌 든다고 할 때 젊은 사람 앞이라 본인이 일종의 뭐.. 나이가 들었고 해서 영정사진 같고 그런 느낌도 든다면서 완곡하게 말씀하시는 것조차 따숩구먼.. 여러 생각이 드셨을 듯.

I like how she was able to draw them in great detail 😮 From how the old woman smiled, to how the old man’s eye structure look like. as an artist i loved this so much!! each person seeing how she captured not only their likeness, but their aura as well was so beautiful. she's wonderfully talented and her portraits seem so airy and light. you can really feel her kind soul through her soft pen strokes. when the older woman said "that's a lovely smile" i could'nt help but say out loud "you do have a lovely smile".

This is really inspiring, it shows that everyone has the ability to be great. Since, we all started out the same way, the difference in people is deligicince and hard work that fine tunes their skill.

As an artist who does mostly portraits, sometimes I feel so useless, because I feel like it has no meaning, I can’t find that purpose anymore, even though I study art. But after seeing this video, I think that I understand the gift that is artists have…I was about to cry

As an artist myself this video resonates so much with me, I love seeing people look at art and appreciate it for what it is. There’s just something about seeing your work that makes someone happy because of it. And for some reason I was surprised that there other people here who seemed to have been moved by tears, and I thought it was just me. 😅
