Is this possible to achieve the shiny image in white drawing sheet?

It is possible. However, to emphasize the light areas, the white paper around the figure must be drawn darker with a pencil. Maybe I'll make a video about this soon. Thanks for the question.

Good question. I only have black paper on hand, so I am playing with it to see what I can do until I get gray paper.
