I want to learn it someday...
I recommend you to take Akt drawing classes and start learning how to draw from the real live model, it is a compleatelly different approach, what you are doing now is a copying the photography, which can be dome with grid for less experienced drawer or whit outor whit out for those with more practice, but still its like mosaik or similar decorative technique... Try to do live model.
