Hey Mark, much appreciated for the walk through. I really would love a proper draft system but I'm afraid of not having enough room for it all. It's going in a garage conversion and I'm quite tight on space as it is so not sure I'd be able to get a keg and a tall gas canister in there under the bar and not sure how much of a pain it'd be to run it through the wall/insulation/plaster to be set up outside. Did you man do all that setup for you, put the pipes through the walls etc.. and did you buy all the couplers and pipes too or did the installer provide them. Could do with finding someone in the Warwickshire area who does them to have a chat with.

QUESTION: Im filling a 30L Keg with my flat lager - should I put some co2 in it to make it fizzy before I give it to someone to put on a system like yours. Hi, enjoyed your video. I'm currently studying so have taken a part time job working as a bar man for a local agencey. On the job training, so basically I have no idea how these beer systems work. All I know is that I was working the tap a few times, (heinekin) and it was either far too much foam, or hardly any. There is a little adjuster valve on the tap itself that makes it pour fast or slow. for example, I had it opened up full and there was hardly any gas. If i had of closed the valve a little, would that have possibly meant that the beer/gas ratio would have been better? Or was it more a problem at the keg/gas bottle? Thanks in advance.

To top up the 60/40 gas it's around 20 pounds but you need to leave an initial deposit of around 50 quid,,unavoidable really to be honest.
