sadly i cant seem to rasterize the layers, i go to select subject then select and mask after that i duplicate and no use i cant seem to rasterize anyone with a solution?

Well, just search for free smoke brushes on Google. This is what I have done.
Why are you rotating the image? Rotate the brushes.
