Clark is ok. She simply had a breakout season last year. Now teams know how to defend a player like her. They hold the #5 spot for now. I see them loosing a few more games (maybe Ohio State / Indiana..Maryland is a sleeper team that may surprise). They simply have a weak schedule this year, that helps if you want to pad the stats, but hurts when it comes time for the tournament.

they were ranked #2 before they lost to an unranked team - at that point they were undefeated, and had won in the most competitive top 25 match up

How the hell does Iowa drop only 3 spots in the polls after losing to an unranked team but after LSU, UConn & Utah lose they had dropped 6 spots?.. And LSU and Utah lost to ranked opponents.. 🤔

South c, ucla, Colorado, I think Indiana, have more point scored then Iowa, lsu, etc.

The San Francisco Giants were just an OK team without Willie Mays. Good God.

This is the NCAAWB politics to give them a #5 spot...Clark is good college player, but will not transition well into the WNBA. Her footwork needs work and her defensive stance / lateral movement has to improve. The watery schedule of Iowa will also hurt them as they near March. On the other hand, the lady Gamecocks are on a completely different level in both talent and strength of schedule...

They experts say Clark is a great player in college basketball and also will be great in the pro level. They say she the best player in college right now. Her defense is great as she has lot of steals on defense against other teams

i highly doubt you watch the wnba if you think she's not on the level of the offensive greats in the league. defense needs to improve yet but that's a lot easier to work on than all of the offensive skills she possesses

Caitlin Clark is an elite college players. Her passing is great. Her assists are great. Her court intelligence is great. She will be drafted number one.
