How’s the drainage from the table flow into the drain pipe if it’s higher than the lowest point of the drain hose coming from the table?

The drain pipe needs to be lower than the table, if the lowest point on the hose is lower does not matter.. when hose is full it will start draining to the pipe and not back to table
Need more info on the tables drains and how that works with that flex hose
