The boss for me was at the entrance of delta 1. It was nice I didn't even have to go in the base. He was inside the gate with a bunch of enemies rushing me

Lucky! I died 3x already today and haven't made it to the main Headquarters yet!

@@Jethrospect think they changed delta 1 to lima 3. Easiest way to get to headquarters is to go on the outside wall until you reach the hole in the wall, clear out enemies around the corner at the top of the hill and run back through the hole on the other side for cover. Repeat until it's clear enough to get into the side door around the chain link fence. Get yourself in a room, once they pop the door open full auto them. They'll be sitting ducks once they pop the door
