Hey. Thanks for the content🎩 Do you know if there is another grip that fit the fold 3? I accidentally threw the grip out because I’m use to disposables. Dragon hawk does not sell replacement grips for the fold 3 :/ any idea?

Great comparison video! I am going to purchase my very first machine ever and teach myself how to put my art skill to skin. I’ve been doing research for a couple weeks now, and have eliminated the special edition Year Of The Dragon model because of cost. So now I have it narrowed down to these two models. I still have a few questions about those two machines. 1) Which model is the most recent release? 2) You stated the Pro has a better motor, so what are motor differences? Is either a brushless motor? 3) If my spending limit is set at $200 for a machine, what is your opinion I get from DragonHawk? Thanks in advance for your time. Love your videos.

Hello, i will teu and answer tour questions and hope not to confuse you to much. 1) the fold 2 pro is the newest release. 2) the fold pro had a better motor BUT, that is not the fold 2 pro. The fold 2 pro is kind of an upgraded version from the fold 2, its not a upgraded version on the fold pro. 3) i really enjoyed working with the fold 3 as well as the fold pro, what i would check is if you get dual batteries and just check which will give you more value for the buck. I do think that a stroke adjustable machine can be a bit tricky as a starter. Maybe check out the video, where i compare the fold pro with the archer 2. Maybe that helps you a bit as well.

Got myself the fold 3 and i like it, its super quiet and low vibration. Gives the feel of a super soft hit. How is the hit compared between all the stroke adjustables you have? Like which one hits hardest? Besides yilong with 4.5 stroke

Thanks for the video! I want to buy my first machine, I have no experience at all and I want to dedicate myself only to linear things and as a hobby (no shadows or realism). Do you recommend the Fold 3 or the Mast Fold 2 pro? thanks for your time

I personally prefered the fold 3. I probably used that one most out of the both. I think i also have some linework videos with the fold 3 on my chanel

@gastonrueda7054 yes with the fold 3 i was able to do a bit bolder lining than with the fold 2. If you need more power for bigger lines you can also have a look into the archer S. I have a video on that machine too. It has a 4.5mm stroke and direct drive so it is a bit stronger

No from fold 2 and fold 3 are not interchangeable. Only the fold pro and fold 2 pro are

They are 2 completely different brands and companies. One is MAST and the other one ia DragonHawk. Hope it helped you 👍🏻

I think mast is more a branch of dragonhawk. I have a contact at dragonhawk and they send me the dragonhawk and mast machines. Ao they must be the same company
