Actually on the contrary some of the smartest ppl talk slower and are methodical, and some of the best learners love to make sure they get every word in and digested properly. Not everyone is a chicken with its head cut off. Slow down a tad

Brand new to outlaw rogue haven’t played the spec since it was called combat and this has been the most helpful video I’ve seen by far. For some reason I didn’t understand the upper hand talent until you read it aloud lol.

Nice video. I did try this for myself and I think that is better to vanish or dance at full combo points into bte. I even used macros for vanish-bte and dance-bte. They work nicely and helps fitting in more bte in those windoes in case of procs.

Outlaw isn't too bad as long as you follow his rotation and AVOID 3 things 1. Getting Greedy with Between the Eyes. Putting BTE on Cool down when you have Vanish or ShadowDance off CD or about to be is a huge DPS loss. 2. Saving cooldowns, with the amount of CDR you get and the way Outlaw plays you have to always be rolling your Cheapshot windows when they're available. Which is another reason why rule 1 is so important. Outlaws DPS is fluid the more consistent you can be the better you'll do. 3. Going into Vanish or ShadowDance without refreshing Blade Flurry, checking Roll the Bones or without full combo points. You have 6 seconds of stealth to use Between the Eyes, 6 Globals. Ideally you want at least 4 casts of BTE with Ace up the Sleeve procs, in each 5 is great, and 6 is risky (rule 1) but can be done after every other Vanish fairly risky free due to where CDs end up. You absolutely don't want to be wasting Globals on refreshing or building resources, unless you absolutely have to.

Hi, I loved the guide! I have a question though - I've noticed you get two arches around your character whenever u get a Hidden Opportunity proc, kinda similar to Fan the Hammer procs. Is that some addon or custom option? Cause I do get the visual indication for FtH procs, but not HO procs.

Good Video only one thing i want to mention crit>vers>haste mastery isnt the thing to go for everytime its just for starting. sure you need more crit before you wanna get your vers but with best gear you go for way more vers than crit.

Since the re work the most BtE I got on my opener with vanish and shadow was about 10-12… huge dps gains! BtE before felt almost kind of useless now it feels like a real finisher

Nice guide, few improvements I saw: u don't want to vanish on low combo points so first global should be BtE which can proc ace and u start spammin BtE, also u can finish on 5 CP in crackshot windows with BtE.

Depends if you have procs or not if you have no procs you just want to send the vanish, if you do have procs yea start with full CP if possible

So Crackshot is a Talent that allows BTE have a chance to Reset the Cooldown during subterfuge window AND cast dispatch. So when Im spamming BTE getting lucky procs its also casting dispatch by itself. Does that make sense its kinda confusing

i done this rotation many times and it seems its either my gear or im doing rotation wrong. my friends are screaming in my ear and stressing me out because they think im not using between the eyes, yet i have only used BTE in stealth/SD/Vanish, and there are times i accidently use it out of stealth but i get the CD done by spending combo points. could it just be the S2 set i need to actually do dps? i am somehow doing 50-60k dps without a full 4piece but i saw a rogue in a group i was in, they have the S2 4piece and doing the same dps you are doing in the video..

hello. Whats weird is Shadowdance is not triggering subterfuge. i believe it is supposed to right? normal stealth and Vanish are triggering it. @@Genmurasaki

but shadowdance DOES let me cast BTE without resetting the cooldown, it doesn't doesn't trigger subterfuge icon, or trigger my weakaura.

@@ryanmvdl34 yes exactly. Shadow dance is just like being in stealth, you can cast any ability that requires it while also letting BTE reset

I've figured it out quite a bit, Just having a problem finding a weak aura for roll the bones man. I found one that was decent but it does extra shit I dont want like tells me when to slice and dice or blade flurry (both of which are telling me the WRONG TIMES to be popping them). I'm not some crazy lua guru that can whip up my own, If I made my own weak aura for just roll the bones id legit have to make like 20 different weak auras in a group specifically for it

Yes literally the same difference will be you use blade flurry off CD If you have Deft maneuvers.

So if i understood it correctly we basically got 3 Rotations to learn: a) Opener (as shown in the Video) b) Any Stealth Window - > Ambush/Pistol Shot into Between the Eyes Spam c) Out of Stealth -> Sinister Strike/Ambush/Pistol Shot into Dispatch Spam and Applying/Maintaining Buffs So we never want to activate/refresh any of our Buffs like Blade Flurry or Adrenaline Rush in a stealth window?

Yeah, from what I got, the stealth window should only be uses for BtE spamm and you should enter the stealth window with your buffs up

Exactly inside stealth windows you are spamming generators and using BTE and off GCD cooldowns. Out of stealth you explained it perfectly try to use sinister strike AS LITTLE as possible though.

Shouldn’t you use adrenaline rush before roll the bones in the opener since AR gives you a guaranteed 2 buff RTB?

If you don’t have four set yea you can but if you have four set no. If you do RTB then ADR you have three buffs perma pretty much afterwards

I use an add on called Bartender. I don’t use stealth bars personally I make every bar the exact same with/without stealth

Keep your dispatch and between the eyes on the same button. So when you stealth you can only use Between the eyes, and when you exit you are only using Dispatch. Makes it really easy.

@@nekasrofFor between the eyes and dispatch? I just have between the eyes on my 3 key and when I’m in stealth. Then when I’m out of stealth it’s dispatch on the 3 key. I also have Ghostly strike macro’d with those 2. That way whenever it’s on cooldown it’s used. So let’s say I’m in stealth, ambush, to get max combo, between the eyes and ghostly strike since it’s macrod, ambush/pistol shot to get combo back up, and between the eyes. Then stealth drops and ambush/pistol shot and then dispatch and ghostly strike since they are macrod. The whole point of this build is to spend as many combo points as possible. It helps the cool down of a lot of attacks. So spending 7 combo points takes 7 seconds off some of your abilities. This helps you keep all of your stealth abilities on lower cool downs or pop up quicker. So just stealth as much as you can, build combos as fast as you can and between the eyes and Dispatch with as many combo points as possibles. Obviously you want to use roll the bones and blades of fury as well. That’s just the big part of the build.

Correct it makes Alice and dices duration not go down aswell as helps with grand melee RTB buff when you get it

Quick question bro, is there ever a time you're using Sinister striker? Seems like this rotation is simply 3-4 buttons but hardly ever see sinister strike being used.

You want to use sinister strike as little as possible it costs a lot of energy and that’s how you will eventually go oom if you get ba dprocs

Maybe a dumb question but i have the problem withe Adrenaline Rush, when i do the opener adrenaline Rush gets me out of stealth so i cant Ambush is it cause iam not close enough to the target ?

Im not sure. Adrenaline rush shouldnt pull you out of stealth at all its usable in stealth.
