I like how the basic Kamehameha, gets brighter and crazy/more powerful when you go up in power from Super saiyan to SSj2 and so on

Im getting a 360 just so i can play this game. Ive always loved watching it. I dont think ill mind the strange gameplay, ill be too blown away by the visuals and story battles.

+Eric Williams The main reason why people didn't like it was because it was repetitive as heck, the character election was awful, hero mode was too grind heavy, and the gameplay was not Dragon Ball Z in any way/shape/form.

I agree.

This has the best graphics and movesets in any Dragon Ball game. This with a combat system like BT3 and RB with this moveset and 2d camera in close quarters would make for the best DB game. All they had to do was not have a restrictive combat system and more characters and content.

this game had the potential to be the best dragon ball game they just had to add the dragon ball raging blast 2 fighting systim and the character rooster of budokai tenkaichi 3 and the soundtracks from budokai tenkaichi 1 but the story mode is oke and they can also leave the graphics becouse the graphics are the best

God this game is so cool to watch. Ordering a 360 and a copy of this game, excited to play it. I know the gameplay isnt the best, but i think ill be too blown away by the visuals and the massive story battles to care. Cant wait to see it on my tv.

I loved this game, visually it was so satisfying. There’s much better games, but this one was just plain fun. My buddies and I would make top level CPU’s fight each other, and bet on it. Fun as fuck

I do.... beats playing every damn "master" to get all the attacks then spending time using each one just to see what I like most...... Now I just have to find out who has what for the ones I'm not familiar with. Edit: nvm.... this seems to be story mode. I wanted to see everything you can get in hero mode.

My favorite Ultimate is Earth-Destroying Kamehameha cause of the sound Cell makes when firing it which makes me laugh hard for some reason

I think I’m the only person on earth who appreciated this game. It was a simple concept but it stayed true to the feel of what DB was. It would be cool if there was a modding community behind this one.

I think it's a shame they removed half the characters they had and shoved random supers onto the Hero. Kaioken Finish is great though.

0:12-Bitch literally just dashed the distance of three arenas setting that up. He would be all around the arena if this game weren't so theatrical. Like, if this were real time, Goku would be ramming his head into the back corner by the time the camera panned over to Piccolo. XP

I actually enjoyed playing this game when I was like 12.

Jesus, the visual effects in this game are amazing... But I do wonder how these special attakcs work in 1v1 combat... Are you able to charge freely like in the DBZBT games, and then use them at will? How does the mechanics of this game work?

Both players get locked while the Supers happen. The one about to get hit gets 3 options to defend, deflect/vanish or intercept. I wish it was the same as the others. We all do.

1. Combat system was horrible and too offensive and doesnt leave many options for defensive play. 2. Love the things and effects that they did for this game. The moves are just great and the 100× Big Bang Kamehameha for SSJ4 Gogeta is VERY fitting. 3. I know it's late to review but honestly I think the game overall is good and is like a 6/10. The soundtrack is good and the moves that they did was taken with care and made it so that they look REALLY good. The art for the characters are good too. The gameplay is the main thing holding it REALLY back.

The defense options were relatively balanced as far as universal mechanics goes. Its just that playing defensively in both up close and in distance is just incredibly boring. That and there's the stupid 50/50 nonsense

I honestly don't mind the graphics of this, it's the gameplay, the combat system got out of hand tbh, like fr it was either too easy or too hard for me😂 this game brings back memories.. eh we all have our own personal preference to which game we like, and most of these comments are different, this game had it's end, it's good to accept it, which game is better? ITS YOUR OWN PREFERENCE. not everyone has the same taste as you.

Aside from FighterZ and Kakarot it still had the best visuals.

Quite honestly, i wish that they made a proper Raging Blast 3 instead of this. I mean the possibilities were endless if they made Raging Blast 3 with the ability to choose their attacks and outfits.

They should remake tenkaichi 3 with this graphic and add previous characters...
