I wanted to say something sooner, but it has been quite difficult to think of something to say regarding Akira Toriyama's passing. It took some time for the reality that hes gone to hit me. I can't stop coming back to this message and adding new things to it because I keep remembering other ways this man has affected my life and the world....So I'll do my best not to ramble too much. I of course never met the man himself, and yet he has shaped my life in so many ways I can't even begin to describe. This channel was in part inspired by him, hell the name was taken from the most iconic technique he ever conceptualized. The best friend I have in this world, I made, albeit indirectly, because of Dragon Ball. I have memories as a child of bonding with my father through the tapes of Dragon Ball Z he collected. Hell, my first ever crush was a Dragon Ball Z character (Android 18). As someone who is an aspiring writer and has conceptualized several series, a Dragon Ball Z fanfiction is the first ever work I published and used to try and better myself as a writer. In my original works, Dragon Ball and the stories made by Akira Toriyama have all been a massive influence for me. This video, along with it's predecessor are some of the things I'm most proud of ever creating and it has been enjoyed quite literally over a million times by countless people. Some of whom even humbled me by telling me how this video helped them, whether by inspiring them, or simply being something they enjoyed listening to while playing a game. In reality, it was Akira Toriyama who made all of that possible. And any amount of help I provided people through these videos by using works he and those he worked with created only pales in comparison to the millions, perhaps billions of people he inspired, whether directly or indirectly. From KZreadrs like Geekdom to Jacksepticeye. To athletes, to celebrities. To TV shows and movies. Especially in the world of anime and manga, from One Piece to Jujutsu Kaisen. Dragon Ball has changed and shaped the media landscape and the way only true titans of media do. The likes of characters like Batman, Spider-Man, Transformers, Mario, etc. Dragon Quest, Dragon Ball, Dr Slump, Chrono Trigger and the countless series like Sonic, My Hero Academia and Naruto cannot be understated. Hell, series I love where i can't think of a potential Dragon Ball influence, like Persona and Fire Emblem, may have never gotten the opportunity to appear and thrive in the West like they have, may have never gotten that opportunity without Dragon Ball. Dragon Ball is the father of modern anime, especially the Shonen Genre and it all came from the mind and hands of Toriyama. He might be gone, but he changed the world, even if he didn't realize it. Rest in Peace to Akira Toriyama, and thank you for all the memories and the countless lives you've changed. Until then, to quote Dragon Soul, "nothing ever dies. We will rise again." - Rasen

Emphasis on the word "f*cking." This song has to be my second favorite in the series, the first being "Limit Break X Survivor." The reason why it's not number one is because there's no "official" full version of the English Dub; only loop versions of the song exist. There are fan covers of the full version, but until the real one shows up, it will remain to be my second favorite.

UPDATE: I plan on releasing a video soon detailing my plans for this channel and its future. This video was made before it was announced the Tournament of Power was the final arc of Dragonball Super. As a result. I've done some thinking. I want to branch out into doing something other than AMV's. I'm honestly not that great and there are so many better AMV makers out there. I plan on abandoning this channel as my new ideas for content likely won't be as interesting or beloved as my AMV's and Dragon ball related content. However. I plan on making one final video One final AMV to celebrate Dragonball and Dragon ball Super. I don't know how long it'll be as I'm kicking ideas around in my head right now, but when it's released, I hope all of you love it as much as the other content I've released over the years. Thank you for all the love and support everyone. Maybe every once in a while, I'll come back and upload an AMV. Whether it be Naruto, Dragon ball or maybe something else, but this just isn't something I can make a living doing sadly.

Didn't want to just overflow it with Super. I was going for a phases kind of thing. First half DBZ, second half, DBS with some of both in the other's section of the video. To show how far DBZ has come. In the first video, if you pay attention, it's all laid out by saga. (First saiyan/Frieza, then Androids, then Buu. Then movies). It was all very much intentional.

I dont know if I'd say I'm back. The sad truth is, AMV's, for me at least, require a lot of motivation to sit down and make. I don't want to force myself to make something because it wont be as good as it could be, and the people who enjoy my work deserve better. Unfortunately, I either release a new one whenever the motivation strikes, or churn out new videos with no heart or passion. I think most would prefer quality over quantity.
