Explanation on why you shouldnt do this without knowing how to consume them: as many of you know, nitrogen is a gas that cannot be absorbed by our body, and since the food dropped in liquid nitrogen is literally freezing cold, you need to move it around a lot in your mouth, like a blender/cement mixer to evenly distribute the cold throughout your mouth to avoid tissue damage. About the nitrogen smoke, NEVER inhale while eating. Always take a deep breath before consuming foods dropped in liquid nitrogen and control your exhaling while chewing. Inhaling the nitrogen smoke could lead to serious suffocation, and if you accidentally inhaled, either: 1. Spit out the food, exhale as much smoke as you can, and keep breathing-do not lie down or sit while doing this as nitrogen is heavier than air and some may be still around you unless you are outside. 2. Keep chewing the food and keep exhaling until you have finished and take deep breaths of air outside until you are no longer light headed-many reccomend #1 as its less riskier but if you dont want to waste food and/or a daredevil, you can do this instead. Tbh idk why i made this but thank you for reading i dont really care if you see this but if you did, i sure hope you still dont try this and especially children

I suggest not using gloves when handling liquid nitrogen, is some spills on your hand the chances of you getting hurt are much lower if it happens to a bare hand, the gloves can easily freeze on your skin while small amounts of nitrogen slide on the skin due to the leidenfrost effect.
