Hey guys, its Vanity Ezel back at it again with another Cardfight Vanguard deck video. This time we have the rampant dragon army of Dragon Empire who are going berserk after being marked and possessed by the power of the Dragontree. These ferocious beasts run wildly on the battlefield in a fiery rage that cannot be quelled under the command of the invading Hydragrum forces leader, Griphogila, who has siphoned off the strength of all of the possessed units its come across in order to fill its own strength and evolve into the Supreme Dragontree of Annihilation, Griphogila Vartex. For the eschatologui, when you want to activate just for the draw and DT Marker one, is it required to take the damage for the calamity card one?

No. The damage one is separated by the “then” clause and has a separate cost. Therefore while they share the same skill and you must discard a Griph to ultimately trigger the damage skill, you don’t have to use it if you don’t want to

@@Birthday.s3x yeah of course I’ve played the deck, it’s be out for months. I never say whether something is good or not because there is no such thing as a bad deck to me. If it can pull off its purpose or gimmick then it’s good because that’s what it was built for
