Great reaction. The song is almost 5 years old. It was on BABYMETAL's Metal Galaxy album released in 2019. It is certainly one of BABYMETAL's more 'chill' songs ... but as you are finding, they do everything. That's one reason their collaborations all work so well as they are so versatile they can do pretty much whatever style and match up with whoever they are collaborating with. When Polyphia was confirmed on the bill for Fox_Fest (arranged, hosted and headlined by BABYMETAL in Tokyo) we all had a good idea of what would happen.🎸🎸 Tim Henson and Scott le Page provided and recorded the guitar track for the original recording of the song. Fox_Fest was the first chance they all had to meet up and to finally do this very first live performance with them all together.

Welcome back to the Foxhole and now going back to Metal Galaxy era.🦊🤘🌅 Metal Galaxy is a wonderful album and full of surprises, you're gonna find many more like this with more mature sound, it came out in 2019 so isn't so new but is one of the songs with more mature sound. The album version got the collaboration of Polyphia guitarists, and it's quite clear in the solo section. Tim Henson said when listening to this song that he would love to play this along with BabyMetal on the stage, he didn't know the final cut when he was doing the riffs on this song. The dance on this song is beautiful and graceful, they're showing another mature side and more complicated choreography. According to MoaMetal is the hardest song to dance along with BxMxC and Night Night Burn iirc. Song is inspired by certain "City Pop" band and Utada Hikaru songs, when SuMetal heard this she doubt about this being a metal song but then the guitars solo were added and all make senses suddenly. Finally we got them together on stage and with this awesome live performance, it is their first time performing together. They did it again last week at Graspop Festival in Belgium and they hug each other at the end just like in this version only thing it was cut out, there's also a proshot clip but I'm not so sure about the sound mix. Along with RATATATA this was definitely one of the highlights at FOX_FEST and a lot of Japanese fans were looking for, I guess that cool slow pace city pop element gives some nostalgia and that's why many fans love it. In a recent interview, Tim and Scott talked about a new song in their upcoming album along with BM, let's see what they got but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be something real good like this one. ⚡ 🍑 💕 / 🌅 Asu ga mata kuru kara. (Tomorrow will come, after all) - This was at FOX_FEST, an event that BABYMETAL hosted in Japan at Saitama Super Arena (SSA). It was held over two nights, with about 20,000 people attending each night. Polyphia peformed their own set earlier. They came back on stage during BABYMETAL's set to perform this song. Later BABYMETAL were joined by Kevin and Nico from Electric Callboy for the world premiere of 'RATATATA'.

Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。 I witnessed this artistic play at the venue (2 times in the two-day Fox_Fest). What a bliss!! Soothing and exquisite performance by 5 elegant figures in the center 😍. Classy incorporation by our Kami Band on both sides (4 guitars in total) ❤ Various elements were mixed and sublimed into one beauty by means of something like alchemy. The actual applause at the end of the song was much much much bigger than that recorded in this video. They did it together again in Belgian festival on June 20.

This song was released back on their Metal Galaxy album, this was the first time they could perform this live together. When they were invited to Fox Fest in Japan this past May to open for BABYMETAL, this was definitely anticipated. If you are interested in checking out another collab of BABYMETAL's, they were featured on Bring Me The Horizon's song Kingslayer, and they performed it live together at NEX_Fest, which was released as a live music video called Live in Tokyo.

Yes, they found it again, after 5 years. But at 4hat time there were to many people who thought that Su would want to ged rid of metalvas fast as she could. Butcafter they returned to their old company no one can deny that this is the kind of music they want to do.

Thanks for the greaat reaction. It's a lovely song and I'm glad you liked it. FYI, Wiktionary has this to say about the word colonel: "The anomalous pronunciation is probably a holdover of the pronunciation of the earlier, obsolete form coronel." The word seems to be French in origin and appears to have been used with various pronunciations in Spanish as well. I imagine the odd spelling/pronunciation comes from the word moving to English at different times and from different places, but I couldn't find more info than that in my admittedly very brief research, lol.
