the reason theres no graphical differences is because dbz kakarot is one of those games where it will pretty much look the same on anything you run it on but the only difference is frames

Although the game cover states "Optimized for Xbox One X" on the xbox version, I couldn't spot a single difference between the versions from PS4 Pro and Xbox One X or even PC for that matter. In theory, the Xbox and PC versions have higher true resolution (native 4k). But in reality the diferences are almost impossible to spot (even on my original uncompressed footage). For the frame rate, both consoles are locked at 30 FPS (yeah, even xbox), and the PC version is locked at 60 FPS (and 30 on the cut scenes). I hope you enjoy the effort =)

Sadly I don't have those consoles, but my guess is that they should work just the same on those. The game is very lightweight.

yes, consoles are locked at 30. honestly i see no reason for that, One X should be able to handle this without a sweat in 60 fps. Even PS4 pro should be able to, if at 1080p

Best controls easily pc as wel because you can customize them.

If there's no difference between the 3 and even with frame rate drops here n there that I won't notice, PS4 pro it is, and mainly cause its more convenient to play on

I am playing on PS4. Main reason is because I like the controller better than the Xbox. In theory the PS4 version is way worse. But on practice there is absolutely no difference.

@@darkelfshadownight PS4 have the weakest hardware among those compared, by a large margin. But this not necessarily translates into worse performance on all games. Many developers cap their games by the weakest hardware.

Xbox One X has slightly better Anti Aliasing in this video compared to the PS4 Pro most likely because of the increased resolution on Xbox One X. I definately see more shimmering on the PS4 Pro version because of that. Both consoles should of applied TAA to their game and they would of looked buttery smooth. Instead they used FXAA instead, why? idk because TLOU Part 2/RDR2/God Of War/HFB/Days Gone/MW2019/MW2/MW3/Dead Island 2/Re4 Remake all used TAA on PS4 Pro and looked beautiful. On PC/STEAM i changed the resolution scale to 150 (1440p) and set anti aliasing to TAA and suddenly its as clean and crisp as the PS5 version. I changed it to back to FXAA breifly and suddenly it looked like the PS4 Version again. 1 setting can eleminate all those jaggies and they refused to use it. I wish consoles gave us the same/similar graphic options to play with as computers get. It wouldnt eliminate being stuck to only one option.

The loading time are shorter on ps4 pro?

30 on both, 60 on PC. All locked. But yeah there are some drops on fps when loading assets and with very large scenes

@@tristanparsadh8601 Read his comment again. The PC runs this on 60fps while the PS4 and Xbox runs it at 30fps. I own both versions and I'll honestly give you 2 reasons the PC is way better and more convenient. 1. The game runs at a better fps so it will be much more smooth to play the game and there is a mod that now unlocks the fps cap so you can boost it even more now. 2. The console versions take forever to load into anywhere while the PC loads worlds and locations in less than 12 seconds on SSD.

The game will run 1080p on base ps4 i think

When holding L1 on free walk mode, you can see the aura of strong characters in Red. I'd like someone to confirm if the PC aura looks more realistic than the Ps4 version, since I recall seeing a difference between the two, with the PC version looking better where we see the aura flow rather than just a red circle.

yes pc version is almost as good as the ps5 provided you have an HDR monitor. It looks fascinating.

benefit of pc: when 8k becomes standard, just adjust display settings to that. console: buy a remastered or even re-remastered

Yes, I the game (for now) is locked at 60 fps. Maybe there is a way to unlock it messing with game files, but I couldn't find a way. :(

It is, and cut scenes at 30 FPS for some reason. It might be a way to unlock messing with .ini files, but I couldn't find it.

I don't know about that but simply editing a game file usually gets you rid of that if there's such a lock in the first place.

Yes l, even though the ps4 in theory runs at lower res, I couldn't tell the difference myself

First thing I'm doing is changing the VO to Japanese. The funimation guys have ruined their public image in my opinion. Should have just left Vic alone, but they had to pander the #Metoo PC Cancel Culture bullshit. I also refuse to play anything at 30FPS, looks like I'm getting it on PC.

@@mastergaming2571 Exactly bro. The only PC players claiming there's no difference are the ones with an outdated rig with a 1080p monitor. I have the RTX 2070 Super with i7 Intel CPU and a 4K monitor and I can run games at 2K or 4K resolution maxed out with 120fps or 60fps. Until anybody see's this with their own eyes they'll be stuck thinking PS4 or Xbox looks amazing. Now the PS5 and the Xbox Series X are a different story. I feel that if anybody had a PS5 and a 4K monitor with 60fps they're pretty well off. Maybe it's a blessing they don't see it like I did because once you see the true power of the PC you really can't go back because everything will seem blurry and choppy.
