Cooler is surprisingly civil. But then again, he's treated his men arguably better than Frieza treated his. I'd imagine henchmen would've preferred Cooler over his brother but never spoke up because they'd be slaughtered. lol

I mean, Cooler's Squadron is a small squad, so of course Cooler treats the squadron a little bit better than Frieza. They both might be evil, an emperor, and unforgiving, but they definitely still do treat their henchmen correctly. Plus, according to Ginyu in FighterZ, members of the ranks in Frieza's Force (apparently) get a health insurance, and if you do very well, Frieza might even give you a planet as a reward.

Bighat The Star Nomad Perhaps, but unlike Frieza, Cooler has never killed his own henchmen (onscreen anyway). This implies that Cooler may have more patience then his brother or his father. Hell, it's been implied that he hates both of them. I dare say Cooler's reign would've been slightly less malevolent than that of Frieza's. Getting a planet as a reward wouldn't be much of a reward considering the planet would likely not have anyone on it.

Well, not only do you prove loyal to him, but in the Frieza Spaceship scenario if you side with him the entire way, he offers to basically let you bring back the Saiyan race on any planet you so choose as well as your own minions (though he wonders how effective they'd be when you're so strong already). Even if Cooler isn't a big fan of Saiyans, he does reward loyalty equally.

God, I wish Cooler was canon. He's the one movie villain that really deserves it and has reason to be so because he's brother to Frieza. The dialogue between them both is great.

Wilfredo Vega, I have to disagree with you there. He achieved his fifth form *because* of his training. He is undeniably inferior to Frieza, but he makes up for it in persistence and action that his brother will never truly have. He isn't as cold as Freeza, but he is still COOLER.

Cooler isn't a sociopath, unlike Frieza. He's just incredibly conceited. He will care when he sees the reason to. Bardock isn't actually evil, by the way. He just has a incredible love for battle, something all Saiyans share, good and evil alike. This, in turn, may result in rash decisions on his end (as his version of the events that happen during the Cell Arc Infinite History chapter were tell), but he's a good guy at heart. In fact, Infinite History actually shows him to be incredibly selfless, especially when there's something big at stake, be it planets like his own or even time itself.

KarjamP, the argument could also me made in regards to Cooler and even FREEZA (though all doubt about THAT one is quickly cast aside when even his Sixth Universe Counterpart is/was a filthy wretch). Bardock was shown to be nice and all, but let's be honest here. By our moral standards he is DEFINITELY evil. Though after looking into the existence of beings such as Kotomine Kirei or *dare I bring up his world's Angra Mainyu,* I suppose being Evil isn't really something to look down upon.

Tru**ty *atc*es Let me ask you something: What makes you think Bardock was evil? We do not even know if he fully supported the ideals of the Seiyans that conqueted planets. We only know that those that apposed such Seiyans were wiped out. Those that did not support their ideals, yet did not appose them, could still exist, you know. Besides, even if Bardock was evil, the sheer fact that he became a saviour like figure could've put him on the side of good; after all, a conquerer can't be a savior at the same time, especially not those of Bardock's type. The latter would get in the way of the former.

Cooler deserves to be canon. Then again if Broly can finally become canon after all these years, I guess there's still some hope for Cooler too.

I still the best part from this dlc is the image of Final Form Cooler face palming. First time I saw that I laughed my ass of.

The back and forward between Cooler and Frieza during the final fight is canon-worthy!!!

I like how Cooler is proud of you as a student and even says it loud and clear in front of Frieza. That's what makes him a better person than Frieza even though he's still evil but he's more mature and thoughtful

I always thought that Cooler looked... well... cooler than Frieza. The final form with the mask makes him look BADASS! In fact I designed my Xenoverse character after him. (especially considering he wasn't in the first game.)

Cooler's really interesting. He seems to have quite a bit more care for his subordinates in this case, he's really professional, and he is cocky, but not Cell-level cocky. Really neat villain

The audio for his mask keeps re-appearing and disappearing for certain parts. Was the audio tech that day at Dimp's Recording Studio corrupted? Or were they on lunch break and didn't bother?

I'm glad that someone noticed. They seemed to have forgot to add the filter over his voice in certain scenes to give his voice the robotic sound and it sounds interesting and rather fitting for Cooler. I just wished they animated him with his mask down so it would seem more realistic.

Dam I want cooler canon, they easily put him in by having cold sent him off to far edges of universe before the events of cold retiring, have it cooler gets late message of his farther and brother passing giving him a reason to return to claim his inheritance only to be surprised that his brother still live. And the fight for control begin and frieza finds himself at the loosing corner, so he find a way to take two birds with one stone, by having a cooler claim the throne IF he takes down the people who took down him and his farther before, thus giving cooler a reason go after z fighters to prove his superiority

Okay. This video is awesome! Only problem I have is the fact that Bandai Namco keeps forgetting to fix the voice files. Cooler (Final Form) keeps sounding like normal Cooler and everytime you use Kaio-ken ×20 Kamehameha with Goku in the English dub, the Ha always goes from English to Japanese. Only problem I have, but nonetheless, awesome video.
