I love the fan theory that Belmond was the one who killed Jiren's village as he spared only those with the highest potential on planets, since he wanted to find someone to replace him as G.O.D, Jiren eventually defeats Belmond but in an act of spite, refuses the role of G.O.D after learning the truth. Its why Toppo ends up G.O.D, despite being far weaker than Jiren (and why he doesnt trust anyone, since his entire life was basically out of his control until beating Belmond)

The chances of that are super unlikely tho. Belmod used to be a pride trooper and knew jiren before he became G.O.D so it would’ve been completely against his morals back then

@@TheAwsomeMannyExactly. He’s a former Trooper & he isn’t as malevolent or carefree as GoDs like Beerus. An example would be when he defended Marcarita when one of his concubines threatened her in the manga. It wouldn’t fit with Belmod’s character, even if he is acting like a selfish god.

Jiren is truly amazing, He went from a weak child to surpassing his God of Destruction, and without relying on transformations like Goku did, one of the best characters in DBS, Hercule still solos tho

When people ask, "can he beat Goku", Jiren is the only time anyone said yes.

idk, yes he snapped when goku tested him mentally and physically with ui and took it out on goku's friends but i think that was more about the ideals he held his whole life being threatened rather than him being grey morally or villainous or anything, and the pride troopers are the heroes of their universe and they all respect jiren

one of the rare characters who just powers up to get stronger...no transformations needed

The only thing I wish Super did with Jiren is explaining who killed his family. But other than that, Jiren is a BEAST!!!

Gladus posting peak as always, jiren is under rated fr fr he’s my favorite DBS antagonist because he literally represents gokus pursuit for strength and is want for a successor from DBZ, Jiren is goku but if he didn’t have the dragon balls, all of his friends died and without them to bring them back, jiren was the only one left to fight, he NEEDS to be the strongest because he believes no one else can be. Jiren is peak and he deserves more love as a character. We makin it out of the TOP with this one 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

His backstory was so incredibly awful. It would have been cooler if he was a being born with this incredible power he couldn't control, and he himself accidently destroyed his village and planet. A character with all the power in the world who only trains to keep it in check, and a desire to use the super dragon balls to get rid of them, would have been the perfect foil to Goku.

I’m sorry, it’s taking a while to finish. I was having trouble making it my own. Especially without the vocals, the vocals are so important and without them it risks feeling empty. I also tried to do the vocals but they didn’t sound as good as the original. But I think I might have figured out how to make it as an instrumental 🙏 Shouldn’t be long now :)

I wanna make the prediction that it will either be a Beerus medley, a Hit medley, or a Super Hero medley next.

Okay, there's a lot to unpack in this one. First of all, adding the animation part of Jiren's childhood and transitioning into Jiren at the Tournament of Power was just an absolute genius move! Not only it was genius, but you executed it flawlessly making it so genius. Witnessing Jiren's growth over the whole video was honsetly a pleasure to my eyes. The way you made Jiren build up to 3:40 with the closeup and adding the shaking really gave me chills when it went down to his unstable emotions. And of course, the HUGE anticipated build up which you made look so fucking amazing... and then... 4:35 - enough said about that, people need to see and hear it with their own eyes & ears. You really did cook us a masterpiece here for sure!!! Every time you show out of nowhere in my perspective and nail another epic video. Sometimes you turn my days around because of how hyped I get from your content! Keep it up, 10mil is over the horizon ;)
